Ingredients

2 slices sourdough or artisan bread

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded or thinly sliced

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded or thinly sliced

1 tablespoon fresh basil or parsley, chopped (optional)

2 slices tomato or roasted red pepper (optional)

1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper


Instructions
