  • 1 lb ground beef (or beef chunks)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (if using lean beef)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Alfredo Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook bowtie pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a deep skillet, heat olive oil (if needed), add beef, and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and milk. Stir gently, then whisk in Parmesan until sauce is smooth and thick. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg if using.
  5. Return cooked beef to skillet and stir to combine.
  6. Add drained pasta to the sauce and beef. Toss gently to coat evenly. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra black pepper.
