Ingredients

- 1 ½ pounds (680g) chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- ½ teaspoon lime juice
Optional Garnishes:
- Chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
- Extra lime wedges
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken:
In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and pepper. Add chicken chunks and toss well. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours). - Prepare the Skewers:
