1 ¾ cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons melted butter
24 ounces cream cheese softened
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 cup mashed ripe bananas about 2 medium
½ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 8–10 minutes. Let cool.
