- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (to adjust consistency)

Instructions
1. Preheat & Prepare the Pan
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
2. Mix the Dry Ingredients
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
3. Cream Butter & Sugars
- In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
4. Add Wet Ingredients
- Mix in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Stir in the mashed bananas and sour cream (or Greek yogurt).
5. Combine Wet & Dry Ingredients
- Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture, alternating with milk.
