Ingredients
For the Lobster Tails:
- 2 large lobster tails (5–6 oz each), fresh or thawed
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
For the Stuffing:
- 1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
Garnish:
- Fresh chopped parsley
- Lemon wedges
- Extra garlic butter for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut through the top shell of each lobster tail using kitchen shears. Gently lift meat over shell.

- In another bowl, combine stuffing ingredients until evenly moistened.
