Ingredients

For the Lobster Tails:

  • 2 large lobster tails (56 oz each), fresh or thawed
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

For the Stuffing:

  • 1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes

Garnish:

  • Fresh chopped parsley
  • Lemon wedges
  • Extra garlic butter for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut through the top shell of each lobster tail using kitchen shears. Gently lift meat over shell.
  3. In a small bowl, mix butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush over lobster meat.
  4. In another bowl, combine stuffing ingredients until evenly moistened.
  5. Spoon stuffing over lobster meat, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Place lobster tails in a baking dish and bake for 12–15 minutes.
  7. Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden top.
  8. Remove, garnish with parsley and lemon, and drizzle with extra butter before serving.
