Description
Baked Pizza Wraps are a quick, cheesy, and delicious twist on traditional pizza, made with tortillas instead of dough. These wraps are filled with pizza sauce, melty mozzarella, and pepperoni, then baked until golden and crispy. Perfect for a fast dinner, party appetizer, or freezer-friendly snack.
Ingredients
- 6 flour tortillas (8-inch)
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 24 slices of pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Nonstick spray or oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease or line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce in the center of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle approximately 1/3 cup of shredded mozzarella over the sauce.
- Add 4 slices of pepperoni per tortilla (or more, as desired).
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella, Parmesan (if using), and oregano over the tops.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
- Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Let rest for a couple of minutes, garnish with parsley if desired, then serve warm.
