Description
Baked Pizza Wraps are a quick, customizable, and utterly delicious twist on traditional pizza. Wrapped in soft tortillas and baked until golden, they’re filled with gooey mozzarella, rich pizza sauce, and your favorite toppings. Great for weeknight dinners, party snacks, or school lunches — they’re cheesy, crisp, and ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20–24 slices of pepperoni (or other meat)
Optional Add-ins:
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- ¼ cup diced bell peppers
- 2 tbsp chopped red onions
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)
Topping:
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
- Fresh parsley or basil, chopped
- Olive oil spray or brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Warm tortillas for 10–15 seconds to soften.
- Spread 2–3 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each tortilla, avoiding the edges.
- Sprinkle each with ¼ cup shredded mozzarella and arrange pepperoni and other toppings.
- Roll tortillas tightly like burritos and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Top with a little extra mozzarella and lightly spray or brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
- Let cool for 2 minutes, garnish with parsley or basil, and serve warm.
