Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 large eggs
1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream

3 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla extract.
4. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients until just combined.
5. Fold in melted chocolate or chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
6. Bake for 28–32 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Let cool completely in the pan.
7. For the frosting, beat softened butter until fluffy. Slowly add powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Mix in Baileys one tablespoon at a time until creamy.
