Ingredients

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

Optional: 1/4 cup chopped nuts or melted dark chocolate for drizzling

Instructions

1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang. Lightly butter the parchment.

2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and butter. Stir until butter is melted.

3. Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips and stir until fully melted and smooth.

4. Remove from heat. Stir in the Bailey’s Irish Cream, vanilla extract, and salt.

5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

6. If desired, drizzle with melted chocolate or sprinkle chopped nuts on top.

7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

8. Lift out using the parchment and cut into squares. Wipe the knife between cuts for clean edges.

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor and texture.

Let the fudge chill fully before slicing for sharp, clean cuts.

Store in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
