Description

Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries are crispy, flavorful, and healthy. They cook up fast with minimal oil, offering a golden exterior and soft center — perfect as a snack or a side to your favorite dishes.


Ingredients

2 medium sweet potatoes

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes. Peel if desired, then cut into 1/4-inch sticks.

2. Soak the fries in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat completely dry.

3. In a bowl, toss fries with olive oil, cornstarch (if using), smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Arrange fries in a single layer in the basket.

5. Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

6. Remove when golden and crisp. Sprinkle with parsley if using. Serve hot.

Notes

To keep fries crispy, don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. For best results, work in batches.
