Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust for desired heat level)
  • 4 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Olive oil spray
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the Chicken: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken until fully cooked and golden, about 6-8 minutes. Alternatively, air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway.
  3. Toss with Buffalo Sauce: Transfer cooked chicken to a bowl and coat with buffalo sauce.
  4. Prepare the Wraps: Lay tortillas flat and spread with cream cheese if using.
  5. Add Filling: Place buffalo chicken mixture onto each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese and green onions.
  6. Roll and Seal: Fold the sides in and roll tightly from the bottom.
  7. Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray wraps with olive oil and air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Serve: Slice wraps in half and enjoy with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
