Ingredients

6 large eggs

3 cups cold water

1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

1. Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C) for 3–5 minutes.

2. Place the eggs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

3. Cook at 270°F for 15–17 minutes, depending on yolk preference.

4. Transfer the eggs immediately to a bowl of ice water.

5. Let them chill for at least 5 minutes.

6. Peel the eggs and serve or store as needed.

Notes

Use room temperature eggs for fewer cracks.

Adjust time slightly depending on air fryer model.

Peeled eggs are best eaten within 3–4 days; unpeeled can last up to 7 days.
