Description

These Air Fryer Baked Potatoes deliver a perfectly crispy skin and soft, fluffy interior in less time than the oven. Ideal for any meal, they’re easy to prep, endlessly customizable, and guaranteed to become a weekly favorite.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cooked bacon bits
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly; dry completely.
  2. Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle all over with kosher salt.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  4. Place potatoes in the air fryer basket with space between them.
  5. Cook for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Test doneness with a fork; if needed, cook an extra 5 minutes.
  7. Slice open, fluff the inside, and top with butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon bits, and green onions.
